Francisco Gali, Chairman - CEO

Mr. Gali is a 20+ year veteran of the facility service industry. He founded his first company, Spot Professional Services, Inc. and then went on to hold the position of President and founding member of Argus Commercial Services, Inc. He remained at Argus Commercial Services, Inc. from November of 1990 until he attained his present position in October of 1992. Mr. Gali's varied experience in the cleaning and maintenance industry has familiarized him with the latest techniques in commercial, industrial, airport and retail mall cleaning. This experience lends itself to GSI Eco Healthy Cleaning's principal areas of interest: full facility services at airports, sports/entertainment venues, regional shopping malls and commercial properties.

Mr. Gali attended the George Washington University where he majored in International Communications and minored in Spanish Literature. Mr. Gali was the recipient of the Greater Washington Ibero-American Chamber of Commerce's 1994 "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" award and is an active Board Member on several national charitable and political organizations. He resides in Potomac, Maryland with his wife, Dylla and he has 3 children.

LeRoy Dock, CBSE - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. Dock has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Previously, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a $24 million janitorial services company servicing over 16 million square feet, with 1100 employees. Mr. Dock has a very comprehensive understanding of the components of a well-organized and proficient cleaning program. He has received his Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation and is former President of the Capital Association of Building Service Contractors (CABSC). He has been the Chairman of Regional Training and the Supervision Seminar Committee of the Building Service Contractor’s Association International (BSCAI). He received the BSCAI “Walter L. Cook Award” for Distinguished Service and also received the BSCAI Outstanding Chairperson Award. Mr. Dock served as the President of the Board of Directors of BSCAI in 2004. BSCAI is an international association of over 1100 companies in thirteen countries.

Mr. Dock is also the Co-Founder of HOPE, Inc., a non-profit agency that provides transitional housing for homeless individuals. He lives in Mitchellville, Maryland with his wife, Valarie. They have four sons, with one still at home.

James F. Kenefick, Vice Chairman

Mr. Kenefick is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 24 years experience focused on sustainability, health care and TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom) as a senior executive.  He specializes in C-Level strategy and has taken organizations from $0-15M, $0-30M, $0-$70M and all in less than 10 years.

He has raised over $450M in capital, managed over 650 people to create companies with over $750M in market cap.  Over the past 10 years, Jim has focused his direction toward advising and investing in sustainable technology companies focused around SAAS, Managed Voice/Data Services, Health care - Electronic Records Mangement, Nutrition, Paperless Bill Processing Systems and Electronic Ticket Systems that are positive impact companies transitioning to a low carbon economy.

Mark Terrenzi, Executive Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Terrenzi has been an associate of Francisco Gali since 1991 when he served as Director of Operations and Finance at Argus Commercial Services, Inc. Also a founding member of Gali Service Industries, he held the positions of General Manager and Chief Operating Officer prior to assuming his current role. A 1989 graduate of Duke University, Mr. Terrenzi was previously employed as a Financial Analyst by National Financial Group in his home state of Massachusetts. He has been active in several industry associations such as the Property Management Association (PMA) and Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) where he has served on several committees, the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors (CABSC) where he served as a Board Member (1994) and Treasurer (1995) as well as the Washington Service Contractors Association (WSCA) as the present GSI Eco Healthy Cleaning representative.

He is the current GSI Eco Healthy Cleaning representative in The Association of Higher Education Facility Officers (APPA) and the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO). Mr. Terrenzi currently resides in Potomac, Maryland with his wife Marisa and their two children.

Arthur Stecklow, CBSE, Executive Vice President of Sales

Mr. Stecklow worked as a janitorial specialist for 5 years for a major East Coast distribution company before coming to GSI Eco Healthy Cleaning. He has over 35 years experience in the construction and service industries in the Washington, DC and Baltimore markets. He has been with GSI Eco Healthy Cleaning for over 15 years. Mr. Stecklow was President as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors. Art is on the Board of Directors of the Building Service Contractors Association International, Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the MD/DC Minority Supplier Development Council and Member of the AOBA Associates Coalition Team. He has earned numerous “Outstanding Leadership” awards throughout his career. Art is a Certified Building Service Executive and a graduate of the Building Wellness Institute’s accredited Green Seal – 42 training program.

He resides in Kensington with his wife Marion and their daughter, Sarah.
